Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please notify us by email at topindiaorganic@gmail.com. Orders can only be cancelled if they haven’t been dispatched by our team. Kindly inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued in the form of store credit and processed after confirmation of cancellation.

Damaged/Incorrect Orders:

While we strive for your satisfaction with our products, we understand issues may occur.

Upon delivery, if products are damaged, different from your order (e.g., different flavor), or incomplete, please promptly email us at topindiaorganic@gmail.com for investigation. If confirmed, we will either ship replacement products or credit your purchase in the form of store credit on a case-by-case basis.

We will not be liable for complaints raised more than 24 hours after delivery. Any additional information requested by our Customer Care team must be provided within 72 hours of reporting the issue. Subject to our report and Terms and Conditions, we may offer goodwill gestures or credit for the damaged/incorrect products, including delivery charges.

No Refund Policy:

All products are meticulously made and packed to ensure the best condition upon receipt. In the event of incorrect orders or damages, refunds will only be provided in the form of store credit. No monetary refunds will be issued.
