Cancellations:
We strive to ensure prompt delivery of all our products.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please notify us by email at topindiaorganic@gmail.com. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been dispatched by our team. Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel your order.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed in the form of store credit, and will be issued after confirmation of cancellation.
Damaged/Incorrect Orders:
While we make every effort to ensure your satisfaction with our products, we understand that issues may arise.
If upon delivery, you find that the products are damaged, incorrect (e.g., different flavor), or incomplete, please notify us immediately by sending an email to topindiaorganic@gmail.com. We will promptly investigate the matter.
To be eligible for resolution, complaints regarding damaged or incorrect orders must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Any additional information requested by our Customer Care team to substantiate a complaint must be provided within 72 hours of reporting the issue.
Subject to our investigation and our Terms and Conditions, we may offer a replacement of the products or provide store credit for the amount paid for the damaged/incorrect products, including the delivery charge, on a case-by-case basis.
